RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Current Campus Marketing:

  • Propose, plan, and budget marketing activities for markets outside of Ho Chi Minh City in line with the Company’s overall marketing strategy and KPIs.
  • Build brand awareness for the Company’s centers in provinces through marketing activities: FOH OOH, PR, etc. Focus on positioning the Company as a high-end and aspirational brand from Ho Chi Minh City that provides students of all ages with the same learning experience as students in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Propose a content plan with the goal of lead generation on digital channels of provincial facilities.
  • Coordinate with the in-house digital team to implement this plan.
  • Spread the Company’s brand awareness by leveraging content on digital channels and the effects of national branding campaigns to optimize costs.
  • Propose appropriate value-added programs for students/parents to increase retention rate in the provincial market. Work with the CE department to implement extracurricular activities for students of facilities outside of Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Coordinate with CSMs of facilities outside of Ho Chi Minh City to seek cooperation opportunities with partners, events to implement DMK programs to increase the number of source students and brand recognition.
  • Manage and develop sales documents and sales scripts for DMK channels outside of Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Allocate KPIs to channels, prepare reports and evaluate DMK activities implemented for each market.
  • Survey the market and analyze work results by week/month/quarter to propose ways to improve work efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Telemarketing team to closely monitor the quality of lead calls for the province.

2. New Campus Launching:

  • Participate in site inspections of new locations in markets outside of Ho Chi Minh City & research the market and be responsible for marketing plans for opening new facilities in markets outside of Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to implement marketing activities when opening new facilities.
  • Build DMK team at provincial facilities under the management of CSM to develop new customer files.
  • Coordinate with local CSM to identify locations for direct marketing activities and implement nuturing leads activities at the facilities to convince potential customers to become new customers of the Company.
  • Develop orientation and partnership with schools during the launch phase.
  • Research & report on marketing activities of competitors in markets outside of Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Manage approved budget to ensure consistency with DMK performance results in the month.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Marketing Director.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree – major in marketing, business administration, communications or related.
  • Experience: Over 6 years of work and over 2 years of management. Experience in sales, direct marketing, appearance and understanding of the education market is an advantage. Priority is given to candidates with experience in commerce and close links with educational institutions.
  • Attitude: eager to learn, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, dynamic, open, teamwork, proactive in work.
  • Language: English communication.
  • Computer skills: proficient in office software.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    – Creative, dynamic, ambitious, good diplomacy
    – Understanding of marketing 360 and marketing performance
  • Others: Willing to go on field trips and work overtime (holidays/weekends/evenings).
