RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. PURPOSE:

  • To be responsible for all the operation and sales target of the assigned territory which includes staffing, coaching, distribution channel management, marketing and other administrations works.

B. DUTIES:
1. Strategy:

  • Build, implement and manage sales operation planin alignment with strategies of company andthe
  • Corporation(volume, market share,revenue, profitfrom operation, P&L, category growth,coverage, visibility…)

2. Budget:

  • Build, monitorand manage investment budget for sales activities.
  • Do P&L per outlet (outlet, groceries, beverage retails shop…)
  • Propose investment plan at assigned territory in accordance with company objectives.

3. KPI:

  • Allocate volumetarget and market development target for Supervisor Sales under management.

4. Sales:

  • Build, implement, supervise and evaluate sales target, sales support programs and marketing programs applying for outlets by Supervisor Sales.
  • Approve customer visit route plan of Supervisor Sales.

5. Distributors:

  • Manage the Distributors (selling out, collecting outstanding debt, SKUs available, rotate stock & stock level) and implement distributor support program.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of distributors to make decision of renew/ terminate/ signtrade contract.

6. Be the Company representative to sign related contractin order toachieve objectives atsales support programs approved by Director.

7. Build and enhancer elationship with local authorities.

8. Coordinate with Sales Admin in sales data consolidation, progress tracking and sales forecast to make effective decision in accordance with market and sales status.

9. Human resource:

  • Recruit, coach, develop and supervise subordinates: Supervisor Sales, (Senior) Officer, Sales Representative.
  • Ensure subordinates equipped with required skills and deliver as expectation.

10. Build and implement solutions to overcome sales point selling, market and competitor activities.

11. Other assignment from superior.

C. RIGHTS:

  • Manage sales force and sales system.
  • Propose to terminate contract of unqualified customers.
  • Propose improvement solutions for job under assignment.
  • Propose to recruit, discipline,reward, transfer staffs.

D. WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
1. Internal:

  • Coordinate with divisions of Sales Dept and other department to implement sales support programs, merchandising and develop the market.
  • Implement marketing programs of Corporation.

2. External:

  • Distributors.
  • Outlets, beverage retail shops, groceries, eateries, beer gardens/ restaurants…

REQUIREMENTS

1. Professional qualifications:

  • Bachelordegreeand above, major inBusiness/ Business Administration/ Marketing is a plus.

2. Professional experiences:

  • At least 05 yearsin the position of equivalent workin FMCG, at least 02 years in Brewery.
  • Good knowledge of customerpsychology, field sales,channel/distribution/outlets.

3. Foreign languages skill:

  • English skill at the level of reading comprehension of professional literature, other daily information and correct spelling, grammar of expertise.
  • Understanding, presentation on asubject and recording of key ideas. (equivalent level B)

4. Computer skill:

  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Access,Power Point and able to use specialized softwares;email,internet at a decent level.

5. Professional capability:

  • Financial analysis.
  • Planning.
  • Skill of job deployment, report consolidation and analysis.
  • Skill of persuasion and negotiation.
  • Skill of leadership, managing and coaching subordinates.
  • Skill of problem solving.

6. Others:

  • Proactive, patience, good communication.
  • Abitily to work independently/ teamwork with high pressure.
  • Integrity, highsense of responsibility.
  • Willing to usually work in the evening (out of working hours) and move between territories when needed.
