With the aim of helping students understand future industries, careers and jobs, on March 28, 2024, Wellspring Saigon International Bilingual School organized the “Career Fair 2024” for students in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12. This is an annual event organized by the school for over 8 years, in which CK HR Consulting has been honored to be a guest consultant for 5 times.

At the invitation of the school, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Khuong – Founder and CEO of CK HR Consulting shared a lot of useful information. Representing the Human Resources industry, at the career fair, Ms. Khuong shared a lot of information to help students better understand the HR profession, from which they have a basis for making decisions about choosing a major and pursuing a career in the future.

At the event, the CK HR Consulting booth attracted many students who were interested and excited to ask questions. Here, students were enthusiastically consulted and provided with the opportunity to connect with the company to help answer questions about the industry and get a clearer direction for their career path.

At the fair, Ms. Khuong shared information and answered questions related to the role of human resource management in businesses, such as:

• What are the development directions for each HR position?
• What is the importance of the HR department in a business?
• In addition, she also answered many other questions from students about other related issues.

The event took place in a lively, engaging and enriching atmosphere. In particular, this is also an annual community activity that CK HR Consulting always wants to aim for to contribute to career orientation for the “future of the country”.
