RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor details of the daily import and export process of raw materials and finished products.
• Check and update import and export orders, ensure quantity and unit price match the approved order.
• Perform operations related to calculating production costs and inventory.
• Gather all general production costs (depreciation costs of fixed assets, costs of raw materials, prepaid tools and equipment, costs of purchased services,…), salary costs to calculate product cost.
• Control the consumption of production materials, ensuring compliance with prescribed norms.
• Coordinate with general accounting staff to complete analysis and profit and loss reports.
• Prepare periodic reports on tasks as required
• Classify and store documents and accounting books according to regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: University graduate with major in corporate financial accounting
• Basic English
• Experience: minimum 2-3 years in a similar position
• Has worked in a similar position at a factory or pharmaceutical company
• Proficient in using office software
• Understanding of accounting software
• Agile, enthusiastic, ready to work when required.
