RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, operate/manage the professional department and support agents in the Life Insurance sector.
• Manage the office team: Admin, QA, DE, AT, AD)
• Build and manage relationships with partners in the life insurance sector.
• Participate in human resource planning and employee development and training plans.
• Work closely with the Life Insurance business team/system.
• Monitor employee performance indicators, standards, productivity and quality.
• Communicate customer issues to the operations team and devise ways to improve customer experience, including resolving issues and complaints.
• Report business system operations to BOD/Board of Directors.
• Other tasks will be discussed in detail during the interview.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher.
• 3 years of experience in the field of life insurance/banking, including at least 1 year of management experience.
• Proficient in office software.
• Good communication skills, working independently/in a team.
• Effective planning, organization and management skills.
• Life insurance experience required.
