RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop operational orientation and strategy:
- Develop annual operational plans, budget plans and KPIs of the Division in line with the company’s overall development strategy.
- Deploy and synthesize reports on overall analysis, goals, development orientations, and business strategies through the assigned periodic partner channel.
2. Develop and update documents for the Division’s activities in line with the Company’s business development situation in compliance with the law:
- Develop and fully implement documents in line with the Company’s management and operation requirements related to the operations of the assigned division
- Research, survey the market and propose initiatives to improve/supplement policies of the Division to develop business activities through partner channels.
- Manage the system of documents (including Regulations and Rules) related to business activities.
3. Organize and implement activities to link and develop strategic partners and exploit the partner ecosystem:
- Research, survey the market and propose initiatives to improve/supplement policies in the Sector to develop business activities through partner channels.
- Support and coordinate the development of projects/models for Business Channels/Business Centers through partner channels.
- Build, manage, operate systems, applications, tools related to business activities through partner channels.
4. Manage and organize activities to link with partners:
- Plan and organize the development and implementation of competition programs, sales policies, business support policies, … other policies and programs related to business activities through partner channels.
5. Implement policies/programs/training activities to support the linkage work with partners.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge:
- University degree or higher in administration, finance, banking, etc.
- Management experience.
2. Professional capacity:
- Deep understanding of financial products, insurance regulations and laws and related regulations. At least 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with priority given to experience in international organizations.
- Understanding of partner distribution channels, business operations.
- Understanding of financial products and services.
- Must have experience in the financial sector.
