RESPONSIBILITIES
A. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan the Company’s business and marketing strategy.
- Set up the marketing budget, submit to the Director for approval. Be responsible within the assigned budget, have the right to approve revenue and expenditure within the assigned budget.
- Develop plans, solutions and organize the implementation of the Company’s Goals – Policies for business and marketing activities.
- Assist the Company Director in operating and managing all marketing activities of the Company effectively; ensure resources for business.
- Develop and direct the implementation of research & development programs, training – education and application of science and technology in business activities.
- Coordinate with the Production Director to develop specific policies for the Company’s Customers; Implement management and maintain close relationships as well as customer care.
- Identify Customer requirements and meet these requirements; At the same time, ensure that the entire organization is aware of new customer requirements for the Company’s products and services.
- Report to the Company Director periodically once a month on the implementation of tasks and, when necessary, promptly request the Director’s opinion, ensuring that business activities are not stagnant and damaged.
- Report on the summary of activities within the scope of responsibility according to the Company’s Fiscal Year.
- Coordinate closely with members of the Company’s Board of Directors, and work closely with the actual activities of the Business Units and departments under their authority; ensure that the Company’s common goals achieve optimal results.
- Be responsible for all activities of the marketing department. Manage all marketing department staff.
- Perform authorized tasks when the Director is absent.

C. MAIN DUTIES
1. Market research, new products:
- Developing a strategy for developing new products in parallel with improving the quality of existing products for each industry.
- Evaluating product quality from the perspective of consumers to meet consumer needs.
- Identify information published on the packaging in accordance with regulations, demonstrating product quality, creating an impression for consumers as well as a set of communication information sources about the product.
- Survey the market, evaluate competitors.
- Determine selling prices for each product group.
2. Building brand image (Branding):
- Ideas – Communication planning: Planning advertising, export or domestic trade promotion programs (year/quarter/month), events related to brand/company image.
- Prepare and implement programs according to the proposed plan.
- Develop ideas and design content for all advertising support items, advertising design, packaging design or designs related to the company’s image and products.
- Community activities (CSR): Evaluate and designate community activity programs that can participate, monitor, check and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
- Crisis management (PR crisis management): Establish and maintain relationships with partners, media, service providers who participate in the Company’s marketing activities.
- Establish and comply with brand rules and requirements for products and companies.
3. Trade Marketing:
- Program planning: Develop general ideas for all sales support programs.
- Prepare and implement programs according to the proposed plan.
- Effectiveness assessment: Check and evaluate the level of brand awareness, customer satisfaction with
- Marketing services, check and approve reports of customer feedback.
- Idea generation and image design: Coordinate with members of the Unit to come up with activity ideas.
- Order printing and production of documents, gifts, advertising materials related to the program and activities.
4. Customer care and complaint resolution:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers: plan and implement periodic customer care (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, etc.) to maintain and increase sales.
- Record and forward all customer complaints and suggestions to the competent authorities for consideration and handling.
- Coordinate and support related Units to resolve customer complaints within the prescribed time limit.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications, Knowledge:
- Education: University degree or higher.
- Major: Marketing, Advertising, Communications.
- Legal knowledge: Basic legal knowledge related to the specialized field.
2. Skills:
- Foreign language: English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing well)
- Information technology: Office information technology.
- Soft skills: Management (personnel, time), presentation skills, analysis and data viewing, strategy setting and target planning.
3. Competency:
- Experience From 5 years of experience or more in a similar position.
