RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Board of Directors in developing training and human resource development strategies, in line with the Company’s development orientation.
- Manage and operate the Training Department’s activities.
- Develop processes and regulations related to training.
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual training plans for the Company.
- Develop targets, programs and implement post-training evaluations.
- Evaluate and select external training program providers.
- Develop and manage training data information systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: University/Postgraduate degree.
- At least 03 years of experience in training and 02 years of experience in the position of Head of Department.
- Experience in training in the field of Insurance.
- Dynamic, professional style, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Proficient in office software and application software.
- Experience in Life Insurance is required.
