RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily translation from Vietnamese to English in written and verbal communications for the Director.
• Assist the Director in coordinating any assigned Special Projects as necessary.
• Coordinate with all Departments, collect information and report to the Director.
• Accompany the Director to meeting areas with Branch Staff, Points of Sale and designated Distributors of the Company.
• Other tasks assigned by the Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University or higher, majored in English Linguistics is priority.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Ability to accurately and quickly understand what is said and translate for the Director.
• Have good memory.
• Concentrated and able to think quickly.
• Good self-awareness of the environment and quick adaptation.
• Excellent personal communication skills, sense of time management and good IT Skills.
• Youthful, dynamic, easy-going, polite appearance.
• Good health ensures work.
