RESPONSIBILITIES

• On behalf of the Board of Directors, manage and operate all activities of the Company according to the vision, mission and core values ​​of the enterprise “Specializing in pharmaceutical services”;
• Propose and advise the Board of Directors on short-term, medium-term and long-term business development strategies;
• Implement strategies (including planning, directing implementation and evaluating strategies) to ensure compliance with the goals assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors;
• Make investment and business decisions in line with the strategy, ensuring the effectiveness of the Company’s business operations;
• Advise the Board of Directors on appropriate business development strategies for each stage;
• Develop/adjust the legal framework and system of policies, regulations and procedures in the Company;
• Establish a Business Management System, establish the Company’s organizational structure, the organizational structure of Departments and branches to ensure effective operation;
• Build the Company as a symbol of pharmaceutical service quality in Vietnam;
• Build corporate culture. Responsible for the results of business performance, growth, investment, finance, profit, and overall performance of the entire Company;
• Control and evaluate the effectiveness of software system implementation;
• Report the overall performance of the Company to the Board of Directors periodically/ad hoc as required;
• Perform other important tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in the following fields (Doctor, Pharmacist, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance, Business Administration or related fields)
• At least 5 years of experience as CEO or equivalent management positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the service industry, System Administration, etc.
• Good strategic planning and analysis skills;
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving and improvisation skills.
• Ability to analyze, make sharp judgments, have strategic vision.
• Ability to plan, lead excellent teams;
• Decisive, highly responsible.
• Integrity, good communication, good behavior; positive interaction; professional demeanor.
• Fluent English.
