RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain a system of Testcases based on product development requirements and software applications:

• Use technical measures to find and detect errors in the IT application system to ensure that products and applications are put into use in the best condition.
• Develop plans and testing strategies applicable to each project, each product, and each new version update of IT products and software applications.

2. Test and inspect all products developed or managed by the Application Development Department:

• Test and inspect the quality of products and applications on the development environment required by the project including: QA, STAGING, and PRODUCTION using Manual, Automation, and Security test techniques.

3. Report and track the error recovery:

• Report and track errors, and work closely with development departments to resolve and fix errors that have occurred.
• Work with BA, PO, Devs to identify the possibilities and risks of errors in product development requirements as well as other arising requirements.

4. Periodically and randomly test product features on the PRODUCTION environment:

• Strictly comply with and propose improvements to processes and regulations in software testing as well as in the IT product development process.
• Monitor compliance with regulations in software development, as well as compliance with regulations set forth in product design and corporate branding on IT products.

5. Perform tasks assigned by leaders outside of JD, Plan.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification:

• Graduated from College or University with major in IT or related fields.

2. Knowledge:

• Knowledge of testing processes, models, types of testing (1 or more of the following models): V model, W model, Blackbox, Whitebox, Smoke Test, System Test, Stress Test, Integration Test, Sanity Test, Functional Test, Acceptance Test…
• Basic knowledge of System Security according to OWASP Top 10 standards.
• Knowledge of Automation Test.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems such as CRM, ERP,
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android, iOS operating systems…
• Knowledge of Webservices, API (Rest, Restful)
• Knowledge of Database design and query.
• Priority is given to professional knowledge in the real estate field.
• Priority is given to basic programming knowledge in any language.

3. Professional Certifications:

• IT-related certifications: CRM, Webservices, V model, W model, Blackbox, Whitebox, Smoke Test, System Test, Stress Test, Integration.

4. Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in deploying web and mobile applications.

5. Professional experience:

• Experience in Manual Test, Automation Test on Laptop, PC, Mobile devices as well as on emulated systems.
• Experience in using testing tools including JMeter, Selenium, DevExpress, Postman…
• Experience in developing Automation Scripts from Testcases.
• Experience in PEN System Testing is an advantage.

6. Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Good debugging skills.

7. Other requirements:
