RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for supporting, managing, and supervising the staff below in implementing sales/display standards and sales support programs to achieve production targets in the assigned area. assignment.
  • Proposing, implementing and managing sales plans in accordance with the strategic direction of the company and the Corporation (output, market share, revenue, net profit from business activities, profit and loss analysis, market coverage school, brand identity…)
  • Allocate output targets and market development to the staff (senior) – Sales Representative, Sales Staff in charge.
  • Prepare a customer visit itinerary for (senior) staff – Sales Representatives, Sales Representatives and submit it to the Department Manager/ Assistant Manager – Regional Sales for approval.
  • Implement sales promotion programs, specifically allocating output, advertising items and providing implementation instructions to the sales team in charge, monitoring, controlling and supporting the implementation of sales promotion programs, and evaluating effectiveness. effectiveness of each insurance program and propose measures to increase efficiency.
  • Implement a random customer visit plan to check and evaluate customer visits and displays of (senior) staff – sales representatives, sales staff.
  • Manage distributors (sales volume, debt collection, available SKUs, inventory turnover and inventory levels) and implement distributor support programs.
  • Evaluate distributor effectiveness and propose to re-sign/terminate/new commercial contracts.
  • Representing the company to negotiate high-value sponsorship contracts (terms and conditions) with owners of large pubs, garden pubs/restaurants.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Team Leader and Staff (senior) – Sales Representative in supervising, coordinating and motivating the marketing team at points of sale.
  • Supervise the implementation of promotional activities, brand image building, display and signage at points of sale.
  • Develop, control and manage customer system: C1 distributor system, point of sale system (shops, agents, grocery stores, eateries, garden pubs/restaurants…), Consumption output (allocation of targets for each customer), customer information.
  • Employee management (employees (senior) – Sales Representative, Sales Representative): Assign specific and clear tasks to each employee to complete the plan in the area, monitor, evaluate, and train to improve career services (sales, display, products) for employees, recommend replacing/additional personnel when necessary to achieve goals.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions for the business situation of points of sale, markets and competitors.
  • Handling customer complaints: Regarding products, collect complaints and transfer them to the specialized department for resolution. Regarding the sales support program, resolve them within authority.
  • Complete reports within the specified time: Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports, sales support program reports.
  • Other tasks are assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Economics/Business Administration/Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 02 years in a similar position.
  • Understanding customer psychology and market work.
  • Priority is given to having sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • The job requires foreign language knowledge at the level of being able to read and understand professional documents and other daily information and write correct spelling and grammar in the field of expertise / Understand and present a professional topic and write down ideas listening (equivalent to level B)
