RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan for comprehensive development of system chain according to goals.
• Manage store system setup activities, issues related to store maintenance and repair.
• Set up purchasing – selling budget – policies and sales targets for each brand – POS – group – region
• Develop product strategies and brand development.
• Manage goods at the store, coordinate with the purchasing company according to plans and strategies.
• Recruit, manage, assign, and evaluate personnel in the retail system effectively.
• Build a team of professional staff.
• Develop and implement employee training and education programs.
• Learn about business opportunities, identify opportunities to increase profits and expand markets.
• Analyze enterprise data related to business activities, provide solutions.
• Annual, quarterly and monthly plans/reports according to regulations.
• Control goods to optimize products that sell well for the entire system and each store.
• Build and implement service and customer care processes.
• Update the situation and retail targets, communicate to the team daily.
• Responsible for sales, visitor index, customer satisfaction index, sales staff performance index.
• Responsible for ATL, BTL, Trade Marketing activities of the system chain.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar management position (chain of 10-20 stores)
• Experience in managing a retail store system in the Fashion and Accessories industry.
• Have detailed thinking and data analysis.
• Team management and presentation skills.
