RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orient and develop strategies for developing the Priority Customers segment, analyze, evaluate, identify the market, plan, organize and implement, monitor, evaluate, train, and manage implementation effectiveness.
• Develop development strategies, plan and organize business implementation of the Priority Customer segment of Branch/Transaction Office;
• Manage business efficiency of the Priority Customer segment of Branch/Transaction Office;
• Team management and human resource capacity development;
• Manage operational risks and comply with banking regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge/Expertise:

• General knowledge about banking laws (Banking Law, Laws on Financial Institutions, …)
• Understanding of the profile, needs, and consumer behavior of Affluent segment customers
• Knowledge of customer experience management
• Familiarity with the products, processes, preferred banking policies of bank, and competitors
