RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create and develop communication-related content for the company. This includes press releases, speeches, public speeches, announcements to staff, managers and board of directors at the company.
• Responsible for drafting communication-related documents, communicating information about the company’s products and services to everyone. This information can be circulated internally or externally.
• In addition, responsible for producing content and posting it on the company’s Facebook fanpage or other social media accounts, and managing content for the website.
• Communicate the company’s internal cultural information and values ​​to staff.
• Analyze the company’s communication goals and audiences, coordinate with the communication/marketing departments to plan and come up with ideas to implement the program as well as communication strategies.
• Maintain and establish relationships with the press, contact the company’s brand ambassadors to easily exchange work.
• Take charge of handling media crises. Be in charge of notifying relevant parties, preparing content to promptly reassure customers or correct information to protect the company’s brand image.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Communications/ Journalism/ Marketing, other related fields.
• Good English level or higher (additional foreign languages ​​are preferred)
• At least 05 years of experience in a related position.
• Honest, good health, team building spirit.
• Ability to communicate and solve problems well with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to manage time well, withstand work pressure.
• Know how to listen and learn, willing to change and absorb new knowledge in the PR field.
