RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manager to propose M&A strategic options; assess potential opportunities of sectors and companies that might be viable business targets.
• Carry out financial functions that support the assessment of M&A opportunities (investment, divestment…)
• Preliminary analysis of business cases and valuation models and assess the value creation potential of acquisition, divestiture, and alliance proposals, while actively liaising with the business, R&D, production, and finance teams.
• Analyse, assess, and communicating to the manager of high-level business impacts and risks.
• Research the market, and propose findings and suggestions for merger and acquisition prospects for the business for investment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Major: Finance, Accounting or Banking.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in Audit or Accounting/ M&A/corporate finance.
• Acknowledment: Knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
• Degree/ Certification: Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA is a plus.
• Technical Skill:
  – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  – Familiar with Oracle.
  – Data processing and analysis.
• Soft Skill:
  – Planning.
  – Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  – Project management skills and the capability to accomplish tasks assigned on time.
• Qualification: Honesty, carefulness, high sense of responsibility.
• Others: Good command of English.
