RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of all aspects of the department: accounting, cashier, payment, expenses, etc.
• Build, perfect, and update the work processes of the accounting department.
• Build job descriptions, assign tasks, supervise implementation, evaluate results, and provide periodic professional training for department staff.
• Ensure the company’s accounting activities comply with and meet legal requirements and internal requirements of the company.
• Ensure the principles: timely recording of expenses and revenues, correct accounting items, accurate recording of data, and timely reporting.
• Manage the company’s daily financial and accounting activities: manage cash, bank deposits, issue invoices, revenue, expenses, payments, debts, fixed assets, taxes, customer/supplier contracts, etc.
• Manage the company’s periodic financial activities: tax declaration, auditing, periodic reports according to legal and internal regulations of the company.
• Unscheduled financial and accounting activities: receiving and working with state inspection and audit teams.
• Arranging and storing accounting records completely and accurately.
• Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in accounting – auditing, finance – banking.
• Understand the legal regulations related to the accounting field.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the logistics field, including 3 years as Chief Accountant.
• Have a Chief Accountant certificate as prescribed.
• Good Chinese skills, basic English communication.
• Proficient in office computer applications (word, excel, ppt…) and popular accounting software.
• Ability to independently implement work.
• Ability to judge, make decisions, plan.
• Withstand high work pressure.
• Leadership ability.
• Good coordination and cooperation.
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
