RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accounting personnel management:
- Manage accounting staff in the office and accounting positions at the factory.
2. Manage and operate all accounting and accounting work of the company:
- Organize accounting work, manage and operate the company’s accounting department.
- Collect and process accounting information and data according to the subjects and contents of accounting work, according to accounting standards and regimes.
- Check and monitor financial revenues and expenditures, collection, payment and debt payment obligations; inspect the management and use of assets and sources of asset formation; detect and prevent violations of state laws as well as other regulations of the company on accounting.
- Analyze accounting information and data; advise and propose solutions to serve the management requirements and financial decisions of the company.
- Provide accounting information and data according to company regulations.
3. Inventory planning (Factory)
- Develop an inventory plan (quarterly or monthly).
- Assess risks in warehouse methods at the factory, Farm.
- Handle goods discrepancies (surplus, shortage).
- Coordinate and advise the factory board of directors, the company board of directors on effective production control and cost optimization plans.
4. Standardize accounting records:
- Standardize and propose to store the records of purchasing goods from farmers.
- Be responsible for the records of purchasing Rice and Paddy when participating in tax settlement and auditing.
5. Participate in tax settlement, tax refund, auditing:
- Be responsible for the records of tax settlement, tax refund, auditing.
- Assess tax risks with current documents.
- Consult invoices related to tax fraud violations.
6. Prepare financial reports:
- Ensure financial reports are timely and accurate in terms of data (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Ensure deadlines for submitting reports to tax authorities.
- Ensure that debt, inventory, tax, assets, and cash indicators must be confirmed monthly/quarterly/yearly.
7. Control records based on department budget:
- Review records according to department budget.
- Propose appropriate budgets.
- Other assigned tasks.
8. Learning & development:
- Continuously learn and update professional knowledge to meet work requirements.
- Share and support colleagues in professional knowledge and work processes.
- Participate in online and offline training sessions.
9. Administrative management:
- Perform periodic reports according to department and company regulations to provide timely and accurate information to the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Clean and manage the work area to be clean and tidy.
- Support staff in the department to update reports to complete the department’s common goals.
- Comply with company regulations and business conduct rules.
- Perform other tasks as required by the department head.
REQUIREMENTS

- Have accounting ethics, Responsibility in work.
- Good systematic thinking.
- Know how to build KPIs for employees.
- Build regulations, processes, and forms for the Finance-Accounting Department.
4. Working experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at manufacturing enterprises.
- University degree or higher in finance and accounting.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Experience using ERP system (SAP) is an advantage. Good thinking about system management and system development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as: Word, Excel, Power Point.
