RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage cash, bank deposits, report daily income and expenditure.
• Account for expenses incurred on business software: revenue, expenses, depreciation, debts, VAT…
• Monitor and collect debts.
• Monitor and pay taxes according to regulations.
• Plan and make payment of expenses according to plan.
• Prepare VAT, CIT, PIT declarations, report on invoice usage…
• Prepare cash flow statements, balance sheets, business performance reports, tax reports…
• Print and keep accounting books according to regulations.
• Work with accounting service outsourcing units;
• Advise management on issues related to accounting law and professional work.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in finance, accounting;
• Have at least 02 years of experience in general accounting in the field of logistics, import and export…
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and typing skills in Chinese;
• Understand the legal regulations related to the field of accounting;
• Proficient in using office and some common accounting software;
• Careful, honest, and responsible.
