RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting objectives:

  • Receive transfer payment documents from departments, be responsible for checking debts, reviewing contracts, attached documents and invoices attached to transfer payment request documents.
  • Summarize transfer payments to create a weekly/monthly payment report.
  • Payment of transfer debt expenses (payment authorization, online money transfer order)
  • Data entry of invoices, monthly bank statements and other banking-related operations.
  • Monitor and report the Company’s principal, interest and loan payment plan to the Bank monthly.
  • Report work progress when any problems arise due to related departments affecting the work. being done.

2. Other tasks:

  • Store invoices and documents.
  • Prepare salary calculation sheet and request monthly salary payment, check timesheet, overtime timesheet, overtime/overtime confirmation (if any), online work confirmation (if any)
  • Send salary slips to employees, and handle arising issues related to employee salaries.
  • Provide documents and records to relevant units as requested by superiors.
  • Prepare sales reports, and construction progress reports sent to the bank based on reports from the sales department and project department.
  • Compliance and reporting.
  • Report on banking-related operations: including payment of revenues and expenditures, medium, long-term and short-term debts.
  • Report work progress and problems arising at work to superiors.
  • Comply with authority hierarchy and job duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate majoring in accounting, finance, banking or equivalent fields.
  • At least 1-2 years in a billing or general accounting position.
  • Priority given to working in real estate and construction industry.
  • Good professional capacity.
  • Good ability to apply office information technology.
  • Careful and precise.
  • There is a high sense of responsibility.
