RESPONSIBILITIES

A. JOB PURPOSE:

  • Manage and operate the Hospital to meet business efficiency.
  • Implement and take full responsibility for the expertise of the entire Hospital.
  • Perform tasks related to medical examination and treatment at the Hospital.
  • Responsible for implementing business plans set out by the Group’s Board of Directors, synthesizing reporting data.

B. DUTIES AND POWERS:

1. Duties:

  • Based on the business plan and mission of the hospital, develop a long-term plan on annual hospital development activities to submit to superiors for approval and implementation.
  • Carry out all tasks assigned to the hospital by superiors, educate medical ethics for hospital members.
  • Manage and effectively use medical equipment and other assets in the hospital.
  • Operates and is responsible for all professional activities of the hospital.
  • Continuous training for hospital members, guiding students to practice at the hospital.
  • Conduct scientific research and summarize experiences in medical examination and treatment to continuously improve technical expertise throughout the hospital.
  • Operates and is responsible for all professional activities of the hospital.
  • Plan and organize the implementation of professional hospital activities.
  • Manage and organize business services at the hospital.
  • Quality management and general administrative and personnel work of specialized faculties/departments.
  • Perform other tasks according to hospital regulations and direction of the Group’s Board of Directors.

2. Powers:

  • Chair meetings, conferences, and examinations of patient deaths across departments or the entire hospital.
  • Decide on staff organization according to authority.
  • Establish advisory councils.
  • Recommend to superiors or decide according to authority on promotion, reward and discipline for all members of the hospital.
  • Suspension of activities of hospital members who commit illegal acts, hospital regulations or are deemed harmful to the patient’s health.
  • When absent from the hospital, the deputy director must be authorized.
  • Do not have the right to make decisions that are contrary to the law or hospital regulations.

C. WORK COORDINATION:

  • Interact regularly with departments, faculties and all staff in the Hospital to resolve and handle professional-related issues.
  • Coordinate with the Group’s departments (Administration Department, Business Communications Department, Finance and Accounting Department, IT, …. etc.) to handle and resolve related contents to develop business activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Professional education level:

  • Doctor with PhD/CKII level or higher.

2. Experience:

  • Experience directly participating in medical examination and treatment for 10 years or more.
  • Hospital management experience (Director/Deputy Director/Dean of Grade 1 Hospital) of 3 years or more.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Hospital Management.

3. Skills:

  • Skills to lead, direct, participate in building, implementing, and evaluating regulatory documents at the hospital according to hierarchy.
  • Analytical, synthesizing and reporting skills.
  • Skills in training and developing human resources.

4. Qualities and ethics:

  • Agile and sociable.
  • Resistant to pressure at work, creative at work.
  • Honest, brave, enthusiastic about work.
  • Comply with 12 medical ethics regulations in the health sector.
