RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and implement SME Center’s business plan;
• Manage sales and customer care activities of Corporate Relations (customer development, customer care) to complete sales targets and KPIs of Corporate Relations and SME Center;
• Organize training and job guidance for existing and new recruits. Proactively carry out recruitment work, ensuring human resources effectively implement SME Center’s business targets;
• Implement professional processes according to regulations to serve sales activities and develop sales according to SME Center’s goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations of the State Bank and the Law during business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 3 years of direct sales work in the corporate customer segment, and at least 1 year of experience managing the corporate customer relations team.
• Master knowledge of products and services of the corporate customer segment;
• Have in-depth knowledge of banking credit operations, regulations of the State Bank and laws related to the position;
• Understanding of macroeconomics, finance and banking;
