RESPONSIBILITIES

• Real-time monitoring of Google advertising data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and costs, for advertising optimization.
• Regularly assess advertising effectiveness and adjust advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly advertising plans and ensure their timely execution.
• Proficient in various Google AdWords ad types, including Display, Search, Shopping, Remarketing, DSA, etc.
• Proactively gather market information, including competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer feedback.
• Use tools and platforms such as Google Trends, Semrush, etc., for analyzing industry trends, supporting advertising strategies, and tracking emerging advertising formats and audience targeting strategies in the digital marketing field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, with a preference for e-commerce and marketing.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce, internet marketing, and mobile internet.
• Innovative thinking, able to propose innovative advertising strategies and solutions.
• Excellent data analysis skills, capable of understanding advertising data and insights.
• Strong execution, able to execute advertising plans on time, and responsible for sales and profits.
• Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to create synergy.
• Experience in foreign trade business is a plus. Familiarity with foreign fashion trends and consumer preferences is advantageous.
• Skills in Photoshop or other graphics editing tools would be helpful for multimedia content editing and optimization.
• Foreign language: Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, basic English.
• PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months – according to Philippine law.

• There is a shuttle from the house to work and vice versa (about 5p by bus)
• There will be driver arrive the airport procession for the first time through the Philippines.
