RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Make a plan for the improvement and development of the F&B chain:

  • Develop and implement operating strategies consistent with the Company’s overall goals through analyzing the market, competitors, and target customers.
  • Clearly define operating goals, KPIs and establish a performance evaluation system.
  • Complete and develop concepts: Create mood board ideas for concepts, main materials, concept documents, brand identity, service level to the customer journey.

2. Build and manage operational systems aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction

  • Establish criteria for customer satisfaction and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement, monitor, adjust processes, guidelines, training materials, and evaluations for each criterion.
  • Develop and implement detailed strategic plans, identify issues in operations, production, store bottlenecks, and implement priority measures.

3. Build and manage a competent restaurant team

  • Develop human resources policies and organize restaurant teams including building, improving restaurant organizational structures, job descriptions, career paths, team building.
  • Build and implement a restaurant training system including management training modules, FOH, BOH, restaurant training processes.
  • Establish and implement an evaluation and recognition system high performance and team development.

4. Efficiently manage the operations and key performance indicators of the F&B chain

  • Plan, implement, control activities to ensure sales and growth targets.
  • Plan, implement, control, evaluate, and forecast budgets and costs at each store to achieve financial goals.

5. Ensure consistency in the operation of the restaurant chain

  • Develop, implement, train, monitor mechanisms to manage the consistency of the restaurant chain: work practices, process management, performance management.

6. Other assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years of experience in the F&B field, preferably with experience in restaurant chain management.
  • University degree related to business management, restaurant/hotel management, or equivalent field.
  • Business planning, implementation, and monitoring skills.
  • People management skills, team building, training.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a high-pressure and flexible working environment.
