RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Human resource management:

  • Planning recruitment, training, and human resource development periodically every year, quarter, and month.
  • Developing policies for promotion and replacement of personnel.
  • Developing human resource budgets.
  • Planning human resources to better serve the production and business and the company’s strategy.
  • Developing and advising the Board of Directors on salary and bonus regulations, welfare regimes, measures to encourage and stimulate employees to work, and implementing regimes for employees.
  • Advising the Board of Directors and directly organizing conferences and summaries related to employees.
  • Proposing to resolve policies and regimes for employees in accordance with the law.
  • Developing career development programs for company employees. Coordinate with the Technical
  • Department to plan and organize training, education, skill development, and promotion exams for employees.
  • Others:
    – Manage labor and summarize reports on salary implementation results, labor increase and decrease, labor quality and income of employees according to regulations.
    – Coordinate with the Production Department in monitoring and managing the company’s collective kitchen.
    – Together with the trade union executive board, preside with departments, Production Department draws up records of labor discipline violations, resolves complaints and denunciations of employees and workers, resolves labor issues according to the law and the company’s internal regulations.

2. Administrative management:

  • Organize and perform administrative work according to the functions and tasks and according to the requirements of the Board of Directors.
  • Develop regulations and plans related to the use of company assets and equipment.
  • Develop plans and organize, supervise the implementation of security, order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire prevention.
  • Research, draft and approve regulations applicable to the Company, build the organizational structure of the Company – departments and implementing organizations. Build a system of regulations, processes, and rules for the Company and monitor compliance with those regulations.
  • Coordinate with the HACCP team leader to monitor, inspect, and maintain the ISO 22000, BRC & IFS systems.
  • Manage the company’s legal records and contact the authorities to carry out legal procedures on environment, food safety and hygiene.
  • Advise the Board of Directors to strategically build the company’s organizational structure.
  • Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the fields of Organization – Administration – Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

  • University.
  • Major in human resource management.

2. Skills:

  • Staff leadership skills.
  • Planning skills.
  • Organizational skills, work supervision, analysis, synthesis, reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills, presentation skills.
  • Proficient in computer use.

3. Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in human resource management and administration.
  • At least 1 year with an equivalent position (priority given to candidates with experience working in manufacturing companies).
