RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform direct debt collection, search, verify information and urge customers to repay debt for assigned customers:

• Receive customer lists, research debt records to grasp customer and debt information. Prioritize debt collection documents with medium and low difficulty levels.
• Make calls according to the script, fully record the results on the data system, ensure completion according to plan.

2. Implement plans to minimize customer risks arising during the direct debt collection process:

• Receive customer requests
• Evaluate and analyze customer status and/or debt collection status
• Proposal on risk mitigation options according to regulations
• Implement risk mitigation plans

3. Participate in detecting fraud during the debt collection process.

4. Implement fraud detection during the process of checking customer records and actually working with customers.

5. Notify management about customers showing signs of fraud.

6. Participate in building/editing document policies and debt collection operations related to operations in the department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Profession: Graduated from Intermediate School or higher
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of debt handling experience
• Priority is given to majors related to Law/Finance/Banking
• Good communication
• Priority is given to having experience in the field of unsecured debt handling
• Priority is given to having professional knowledge in the fields of law, economics, finance and banking.
• Understand the system and products of the Debt Transferor and the Bank’s debt handling policies.
