RESPONSIBILITIES

• For EMS Vietnam cooperative factory, it is responsible for supporting test production and introducing new projects, including quality control and process support, especially the test process support for wireless communication modules and PCBA products.
• For the cooperative factory in Vietnam, the company is responsible for managing the factory team (including factory planning and quality) and other teams, and is also responsible for the production quality of EMS factory and delivering work orders on time.
• Use scientific methods to lead the factory team to manage and supervise the production process, manage variants and eliminate quality accidents.
• Continue to vigorously improve the production cost of EMS factory, reduce costs, improve efficiency and continuously improve cost competitiveness.
• Welcome our customers to come to EMS factory for inspection and make continuous improvement to ensure that customers pass the audit.
• Coordinate the procurement and management of EMS resources in Vietnam, including the development and introduction of secondary supply.
• Be responsible for in-depth information and analysis of local electronic production plants in Vietnam, and regularly publish in-depth reports according to the business and industry friendly trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• Understand the basic process of supply chain, and be familiar with the production process and process of SMT and testing related technologies for consumer electronic products or wireless communication products. Familiar with production quality management;
• No nationality restrictions, proficient in Chinese and English;
• Have a bachelor’s degree and basic knowledge in electronic engineering, communication, etc. v.v…
• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese – Vietnamese local migrant workers (may be Vietnamese, Chinese or other nationalities)
