RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences attended by CEO.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, reports, presentation materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangement: visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary,…
  • To keep proper filing of documentation for easy retrieval and in secured manner.
  • Assist on personal errands assigned or any other assignments as an when required and ad-hoc functions by CEO.

2. Maintaining Overview and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between CEO and internal team members, external stakeholders, and portfolio company founders/ CEOs…
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within the company, ensuring timely dissemination of information and follow-up on action items.
  • Keep CEO informed about ongoing projects, upcoming deadlines, and key developments in the process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese and good oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and change priorities as needed.
  • Time management and organizational skills are required, ability to meet designated deadlines is a critical qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Preferably possessing a background in working at Big 4 firms or Family Offices.
  • Must be a person of high integrity, high energy as well as results-oriented with the ability to use good judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters and attention to detail.
