RESPONSIBILITIES
A. MAIN TASKS
1. Advertising planning and budget management:
- Analyze Digital Marketing activities on Online sales channels.
- Plan advertising activities monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Establish quantity and quality goals to be achieved for each program/campaign.
- Manage budgets effectively, including internal and external budgets.
- Analyze business situation and provide effective strategic solutions.
2. Deploy advertising:
- Deploy advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Lazada… directly or with an agency.
- Deploy advertising campaigns on Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube directly or with an agency.
- Monitor and evaluate advertising metrics, effectiveness and campaign costs to propose timely solutions.
- Suggest ideas for articles, videos and other promotional materials that are trend-appropriate and optimally advertised.
3. Managing Digital platforms:
- Technical management of e-commerce channels: Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Tiktok.
Technical management and ensuring smooth operation of the company’s Facebook platforms and sales website.
Statistics and analysis of keywords periodically.
Monitor and report results of each campaign and propose new solutions.
4. Prepare reports as required for direct managers and Company leaders.
5. Other tasks from superiors.
B. POWERS
- Have the right to propose solutions/request cost support to complete assigned work
- Have the right to interact directly with departments and divisions within the Company and member/affiliated companies to complete work.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding Digital Marketing Tools, how to choose the type to reach the audience. Having experience in creating an e-commerce platform is an advantage.
- Quickly grasp trends and understand online environments
- Sensitive in analyzing the Media and Digital Advertising market.
- Priority is given to candidates who are fluent and knowledgeable about PR and Social tools.
- Has many creative ideas, good synthetic and analytical thinking.
- Planning skills, Effective measurement skills, Budgeting skills.
