RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Care who has purchased a 2nd year insurance contract and persuade lapsed customers to restore the contract through phone calls, emails, messages, zalo, etc.
• Notify the due premium period and persuade and closely follow up with customers to pay premiums to maintain the validity of the contract during the period T-30 -> T+60.
• Coordinate with Financial Consultants/Existing Insurance Consultants sitting at the unit to collect fees from customers on time/Convince customers to pay premiums and rescue cases of refusal to pay premiums.
• Answer customer questions related to insurance products and benefits in the customer’s contract.
• Resolve or record customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Support and guide customers to pay insurance premiums (Including collecting insurance premiums from customers via POS machine if customers have a need).
• Record and forward to IOIS to coordinate with the Contract to answer Customer’s questions related to the Insurance Contract.
• Make reports to send to the management level every day and coordinate with the management level to increase the success rate of customers paying the 2nd year premium.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: College degree or higher.
• Have communication and telephone skills.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, quick-witted.
• Priority is given to those with experience in sales/telesales or Customer Service/Customer Care.
• Proficient in office software: basic word, excel.
