RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Advise the CEO on business management and operations:
- Advise and propose strategies, plans, short-term, medium-term and long-term business goals for the CEO, by industry, supplier, product, customer and market.
- Advise and develop business policies for the CEO, including business management policies, relationship management with business partners, pricing policies, debt, discounts, promotion, marketing.
- Establish short-term, medium-term and long-term operating budgets for the CEO’s consultation and approval.
- Advise on the organization of the human resources of the Business Division.
2. Manage and implement business activities:
- Establish annual, 3-year and 5-year business forecasts. Implement and manage Business Objectives and Business Development (Objective)
- Build and manage business inventory strategies.
- Manage the implementation, organization, supervision and management of business activities of product lines.
- Manage, control risks and ensure customer debt of the Division.
- Overall management of customer relationships of product lines.
3. Manage and implement marketing, promotion and market development activities:
- Develop and implement plans for surveying, researching the market, competitors and development trends.
- Implement and manage Business Development Goals. Manage and develop projects.
- Manage, control and approve technical documents, business tools and sample warehouses.
- Manage, control and approve technical seminar programs.
- Implement and organize business development activities in foreign markets.
- Coordinate with related units to develop and implement training programs, coaching, evaluating and developing employees under their authority according to the business plans and strategies of the Division and the Company.
- Coordinate the development of recruitment plans, staffing and capacity development of subordinate employees according to the development strategy of the Block and the Company.
4. Organization of apparatus, training & human resource development:
- Assign, arrange, organize the Business Division’s personnel according to regulations, ensuring that the Business Division’s activities are operated continuously, stably and effectively.
- Manage and implement the work of compiling and issuing documents on the management system, operating and developing internal business systems.
- Plan, content of annual training programs and professional training orientation of the Division’s personnel to ensure the development of career paths for subordinate managers.
- Manage and approve periodic employee evaluations according to regulations (KPI assessment, Annual Performance Evaluation, probation, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 05-07 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in team management.
- Strategic vision.
