RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtain the Certificate of Insurance Business Operation issued by the Ministry of Finance as well as the Certificate of Insurance Product Consulting issued by the company. Exploit the Bank’s existing potential and priority customers to advise customers on financial plans, solutions and insurance programs of the company.
  • Directly develop individual customer sources from the partner bank’s business units or the external market.
  • Complete all necessary documents for the Insurance Request form, support the Examination and Appraisal… and hand over the Insurance Contract to the Customer.
  • Be the first contact point for customers to contact when insurance-related needs arise.
  • Directly provide and support after-sales services according to the regulations and policies of the company and partner banks to develop new customers from old customers.
  • Store and update daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales results/customer referrals from partner banks or self-exploitation.
  • Strictly comply with the policies and regulations of the company as well as the partner bank regarding:
    – Information security and customer privacy.
    – Comply with the Service Quality Agreement between the company and the partner bank.
    – Comply with the sales process, issuance of insurance contracts agreed upon by both parties.
  • Attend and complete all training courses organized by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree or higher.
  • 6 months or more experience in finance and banking.
  • Good communication skills (speaking – writing – presentation), good-looking and professional appearance.
  • Team spirit, relationship building and listening skills.
