RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Metadata Officer supports the Director of Data Governance in establishing the overall metadata strategy (capture, storage, and management), as well as taking a lead role in designing the metadata model together with the Enterprise Data Architect.
• Manage relationships with relevant departments.
• The Metadata Officer is responsible for helping business users manage metadata resources, providing trends and analysis on Metadata progress.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, banking, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

2. Related Knowledge/Expertise:

• Proficiency in database programming languages ​​(PLSQL, SQL server) is required
• Proficiency in VBA in Excel, Python is required.
• Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and flexibly to adapt to new things and work with multiple tasks

3. Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as these are the main working tools
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate and read, write and present visually in English/Vietnamese fluently.
• Ability to work independently, set strategic goals, project plans and important targets.

4. Relevant Experience:

• Experience in data analysis/data management/IT auditing, Metadata management.
• Experience in financial services.

5. Required Personal Qualities:
