RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct independent audits of corporate databases as required and scheduled, including data generating and data consuming systems.
• Identify and analyze data quality issues and causes of deficiencies during audits. Participate in and drive quality improvement efforts.
• Conduct competitive research to identify advantages and opportunities for corporate databases.
• Implement quality control process automation during the development phase of IT systems for both data generating and data consuming systems.
• Respond to internal/external requests for data quality KPIs, closely monitor data KPIs, and respond to unusual data traffic.
• Review and continually improve audit and benchmarking processes.
• Maintain effective communication with Data Administrators, Data Owners, and Data Supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher and major in IT or data analytics.

2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise:

• Relevant expertise (finance, banking, project management, data quality).
• Expert knowledge of data management.
• Expert knowledge of data analysis, synthesis, and mining.
• Knowledge of the company’s products and services (individual customers/corporate customers).
• Understanding of regulations, rules, circulars, and instructions of the State Bank and of related companies on data management.
• Understanding of policies and procedures related to the company’s operations.

3. Skills:

• Ability to understand, control, and lead/be part of continuous improvement efforts using lean 6 sigma and other relevant process improvement tools and techniques.
• Ability to guide other quality auditors and operations staff on problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to independently manage and lead an audit project.
• Ability to read, understand and speak English fluently.

4. Relevant Experience:

• At least 02 years of experience in the field of data management and data management project implementation.
• Have extensive knowledge of operations related to the field of data management.
