RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify user’s work goals.
• Understand and analyze user requirements.
• Model user requirements into BI solutions.
• Develop or advise on methods and procedures for performing data validity and accuracy checks.
• Perform initial data validity and accuracy checks.
• Analyze, model, and design user reporting interfaces on the BI system.
• Plan, define scope, and prioritize the reporting process.
• Monitor progress and test the BI system.
• Transfer and provide guidance to users.
• Control the accuracy of data on reports at the prescribed frequency.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

• University degree in Economics-related fields.

2. Related Knowledge/Expertise:

• Knowledge of banking operations.
• Knowledge of reading and analyzing financial, business, and operational reports.
• Knowledge of database structures (dimension, measure, data matrix, bus matrix, etc.).

3. Skills:

• Foreign language: English (can read specialized documents and communicate).
• Proficient in office software.
• Skills in designing and presenting reports.
• Interviewing and questioning skills.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Communication skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Bank or related fields of analysis and reporting (e.g. product reports, risk, finance, etc.) is required.
