RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement the company’s sales targets:
- Responsible for importing goods from suppliers.
- Build distribution channels.
- Develop business plans (Month, quarter, year).
2. Implement profit targets:
- Responsible for the company’s profit results, including:
- Search, evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers
- Analyze costs, revenue, implement sales policy.
3. Advise and propose to the Group’s Board of Directors:
- Collect information from competitors, conduct analysis, evaluate and find solutions to advise and propose to the group’s leadership.
- Evaluate and develop regulatory processes to optimize operations.
4. Group project board members:
- Perform assigned roles and responsibilities in the project board.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or higher.
- Have at least 03 years of experience in the position of Department Manager/Sales Director.
- Priority is given to having experience in the industry: Healthcare, Pharmacy, …. knowledge of Health Insurance.
- Have good professional skills: good communication skills, consulting skills, sales skills, and customer persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, competitors, and be sensitive to market opportunities and new trends.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead, and build teams.
- Good attitude, enthusiasm, fierce determination, pursuit of goals, high responsibility at work.
- Dynamic, with organizational and management thinking, good communication skills, and ability to connect.
