RESPONSIBILITIES

• Crafting of launching plan in Vietnam, product positioning, price, and channel strategy to deliver short and mid-term business goals.
• Coordinate sales strategy with OTC sales teams, identify additional sales needs / resources as the case may be.
• Conduct marketing execution with the help of digital marketing executive and trade marketing.
• Tracking and review of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Collect market intelligence on the needs of customers, industry trends, and the strategy and tactics of competitors; analyze and formulate appropriate strategies and tactics to target key opportunities.
• Plan and manage brand’s budget, including promotions planning and monitoring of all marketing and trade promotion expenses.
• Manage export partners, follow up sales, forecasts, marketing actions.
• Be the business contact person with the principal (having HQ in France)

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree level in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing function of or Consumer
• Healthcare/Consumer Good industry.
• Knowledge of the Infant Milk Formula market is a plus.
• A previous experience with a surrounding country would be appreciated.
• Vietnamese, fluent English. French is a plus.
• Global business vision and understanding.
