RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overview:

• Business Analyst is responsible for understanding our products need, capturing the domain expertise that our other internal departments have, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirement document that will serve as the input to the software designers.

2. Main Tasks:

• Work with project team members and other departments.
• Communicate with client counterparts if any.
• Interview and domain experts of our departments to capture all relevant domain knowledge;
• Receive the high level functional requirement from relevant division;
• Document client’s business requirements in detail, (using use cases or functional specifications/User Stories) with all assumptions and caveats included;
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly;
• Serve as an internal point of contact for development whenever requirements need to be clarified;
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with users/clients;

REQUIREMENTS

1. Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of work experience in Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analyst roles;
• Experience with Real Estate and/or CRM is a plus;

2. Skills:

• Excellent documentation skill and presentation skill;
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions;
• Logical thinking, critical thinking, attention to details.
• Ability to work with minimal or no direction;
• Honest, open-minded, committed.
• Open for fresher who has good logical and analytical thinking.
