RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overview:

• Develop existing programs.
• Develop new products to meet learners’ and market needs.

2. Program management and development:

• Program design (research international programs, learn about competitor programs, analyze learners’ needs, etc.)
• Find or develop curriculum and learning content (observe and receive feedback from teachers, etc.)
• Prepare teaching and learning support materials (including course outlines, exam questions, contact numbers, etc.)
• Manage learning resources, track deployed documents (make checklists, check at the facility, etc.)
• Manage department personnel (coordinate and assign work, develop teams, etc.)
• Evaluate program effectiveness through observation, analyze exam scores, etc.

3. Training:

• Introduce and provide updated advice to Admissions and Marketing about the program in charge.
• Training Admissions on how to ask questions, grade placement tests or guide on how to place classes according to the program in charge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Bachelor / Master in Engineering, Technology, Math, Science, Business, Education.
• Experience: at least 3 years in the field of the program in charge.
• Attitude: positive, open-minded, flexible, willing to learn.
• Foreign language: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing English fluently.
• Computer: Proficient in MS.Office
• Management, planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to think independently, critical and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
