RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the Group’s Human Resources – Legal, ERP – IT, Finance departments.
• Receive, process & resolve reports from Directors/Deputy Directors/Managers & provide the Group CEO with accurate, complete & timely reports on the Group’s operating status;
• On behalf of the CEO, handle internal work between member companies of the Group & give instructions and decisions on the operations of member companies within the scope of authority;
• On behalf of the Company, work with customers, investors and partners when necessary;
• Perform data analysis (when necessary)
• Train and manage subordinates, ensure completion of assigned tasks;
• Work with Directors/Deputy Directors/Managers of other Companies belonging to CK’s Clients to handle work smoothly & support each other;
• Make weekly/monthly reports to send to the CEO (as agreed);
• Perform other duties as required by the CEO.
