RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employer Branding & Sourcing Planning for online Expat Teacher recruitment:
- Create branding strategies to develop the company’s online presence on various job sites, social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube…) and blogging websites to attract prospective online expat teachers to the company.
- Manage the internet and direct marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities.
- Expanding sources of candidates for online expat teacher positions.
2. Online Expat Teacher recruitment:
- Conduct recruitment planning basing on the school’s demands and budget allocation.
- Forecast recruitment orders, meet recruitment order deadlines, and keep track of the budget for online teacher recruitment.
- Execute & oversee the end-to-end teacher recruitment process (screening, interviewing, offering jobs, assigning to centers, onboarding, etc)
3. Online Teacher management:
- Contract signing and contract renewal.
- Handle teacher issues, disputes and conflicts that relate to HR.
- Handle disciplinary violations, resignation, and termination.
- Contribute in strategic planning, policy making and remuneration package development.
- Contribute in organizing online teachers’ annual events and activities (Teachers’ Day, Teachers’ Awayday, etc.)
- Assist international employees with HR related matters.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to minimize legal and operational risks and ensure company compliance.
4. Team member management:
- Coach, manage and lead team members
- Identify and develop potential team members for higher positions
5. Other tasks assigned by Line manager and BOD.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Background & Attitude:
- Nationality: Native English speaker or Vietnamese.
- Education: BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management/ Education or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in online teacher recruitment (offshore recruitment is a plus)
- Attitude: positive, high sense of responsibility, hands-on & detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivation, quick-learner.
- English proficiency: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Computer skills: MS Office, Google Drive, spreadsheets, emailing, presentation/slideshows, social media.
2. Skills:
- Excellent understanding of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, employer branding, hunting and selection process.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Experience in staff coaching, training and development.
