RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consulting and advising the Board of Directors on appropriate human resource strategies for each stage;
  • Building and implementing short, medium and long-term human resource development strategies in line with the Company’s development strategy;
  • Consulting and participating in building the organizational structure, functional and task system of each Department/Individual in the organization;
  • Human resource planning according to the Company’s development strategy: analyzing the current status of human resources, forecasting human resource needs, developing internal regulations/ policies/ regulations/ human resource procedures, reviewing and arranging appropriate personnel to improve human resource efficiency;
  • Coordinating with Departments to develop personnel structure, job description system, job standards for each position;
  • Building competency framework, competency dictionary, deploying application to evaluate competency standards of employees of each Department;
  • Building a human resource training and development strategy in line with the development orientation of the Company/Department/Individual;
  • Coordinate with Departments to build career paths for employees, develop evaluation criteria and plan for the development of successor staff;
  • Advise and build appropriate income, reward and welfare policies for each stage to ensure attracting, developing and retaining talent;
  • Research and survey to measure the level of satisfaction with the working environment; propose improvements;
  • Research and propose methods, build tools to evaluate employee performance (KPI);
  • Build corporate culture, code of conduct, implement cultural development activities according to the Company’s core values;
  • Orient internal communication activities in line with the Company’s orientation, implement communication activities, team bonding activities;
  • Position and build the Employer brand for the Company;
  • Take full responsibility for the performance of the Human Resources Development Department;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law…
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position, priority given to those with experience in organizations with over 1,000 employees, experience in human resources management in pharmaceutical and logistics companies is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management;
  • Good strategic planning and analysis skills;
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good problem-solving and improvisation skills.
  • Sharp analytical and judgment skills, strategic vision.
  • Excellent planning and team leadership skills;
