RESPONSIBILITIES

A. OBJECTIVES

  • Complete assigned business targets through receiving customers introduced by partner banks, providing accurate and appropriate financial solutions through the Company’s insurance products.
  • Implement business plans and report directly from AD management, in addition to maintaining and developing business relationships with the management and staff of the assigned partner bank’s business points.

B. DUTIES

  • Build, develop relationships and support Bank employees in business activities.
  • Receive customers introduced by partner banks and provide accurate and appropriate financial solutions to customers through the Company’s products. In addition, directly develop individual customer sources from partner bank’s business units or external markets.
  • Complete all necessary documents for the Insurance Application, support the Examination and Appraisal… and hand over the Insurance Contract to the Customer.
  • Be the first contact for customers when insurance-related needs arise. Directly provide and support after-sales services according to the regulations and policies of the company and partner banks to develop new customers from old customers.
  • Absolutely comply with the policies and regulations of the Company as well as the Partner Bank on:
    – Information security and privacy of customers.
    – Comply with the Agreements on service quality between the Company and the banking partner.
    – Comply with the sales process, issuance of insurance contracts agreed upon by both parties.
  • Attend and complete all training courses organized by the Company.
  • Fully aware of and actively participate in the activities to build the Company’s organizational culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from college or higher.
  • Have 6 months – 5 years of sales experience in the financial and banking sector. Priority is given to life insurance industry or at least 06 months of sales experience in Bancassurance channel with good results.
  • Good communication skills (speaking – writing – presentation), good-looking and professional appearance.
  • Have team spirit, relationship building and listening skills.
  • Creative, independent and decision-making ability.
