RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy and planning:
- Build and develop Insurance products and services, in line with the Company’s strategic orientation and goals and the strategy agreed with Insurance Partners.
2. Product development:
- Build, improve, adjust and package products and services suitable for each Customer Segment; coordinate with Departments to allocate resources to organize resources and participate in implementing plans to maximize the product and service needs of customer groups.
- Build processes and professional instructions related to products, operating procedures, and services to ensure that activities comply with policies, procedures and service quality commitments.
- Coordinate closely with related Departments to build products/product packages and up-sell and cross-sell programs to create opportunities to increase sales and develop sales services.
3. Training activities:
- Build and develop insurance product training programs for employees, sales teams and direct sales teams to ensure quality, development and productivity.
- Coordinate with relevant units to provide product training for sales teams and relevant units.
- Implement product knowledge training programs for sales teams.
4. Human resource development and management:
- Monitor, manage and evaluate employee performance to achieve set business goals.
- Check and ensure the development of professional skills of employees and ensure the provision of professional services to customers.
- Build a career development roadmap to attract and retain talent.
5. Other tasks as required by the Division Director.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge:
- University degree or higher.
- Management experience.
2. Professional capacity:
- Deep understanding of insurance products, and insurance regulations and laws and related regulations. At least 10 years of experience in the insurance field, with priority given to experience in international organizations.
- Understand insurance distribution channels, insurance operations.
- Understand Life and Non-Life Insurance products and services.
- Experience in the life insurance industry is required.
- Director level salary will be higher.
