RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise the Company’s Board of Directors on human resource management strategies to meet all business needs.
• Develop plans and organize recruitment activities. Centrally manage recruitment activities according to the Group’s general regulations and within the framework of approved recruitment budgets and quotas.
• Develop measures of human resource capacity, career development programs for employees.
• Build corporate culture, regulations, working procedures, policies for employees; supervise employees throughout the work process and evaluate performance.
• Have the task of receiving, processing and responding to information in response to employee inquiries and complaints; in addition, anticipate possible situations to respond quickly and promptly, avoiding many risks.
• Design a KPI system (performance evaluation) and conduct periodic evaluation instructions and develop reward policies on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
• Observe, listen and receive all information from employees in the company, thereby understanding the needs and difficulties of each person to advise and support employees.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related majors.
• Have in-depth knowledge and skills in human resources, as well as an understanding of business strategy and corporate vision.
• Good recruitment network in the finance/insurance/technology sector.
• Understand BSC & KPI, 3P salary model.
• Have 5 years of management experience in a similar position.
• Priority is given to those with experience working at banks or insurance/finance/technology companies.
• Priority is given to those with experience in the life insurance sector or banking and finance sector.
