RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop training materials, training programs and training content as well as appropriate training forms and methods according to the needs of each time period.
• Coordinate with the Director and the department to develop a set of standard rules for training and professional guidance related to products, operating procedures, soft skills in sales and sales management to ensure that activities comply with policies, procedures and service quality commitments.
• Develop and develop insurance product training programs for employees, sales teams and direct sales teams to ensure quality, development and productivity.
• Coordinate with related units to provide product training for sales teams and related units.
• Implement product knowledge training programs for sales teams.
• Monitor, manage and evaluate employee performance to achieve set business goals.
• Check and ensure the development of professional skills of employees and ensure the provision of professional services to customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree (minimum)
• Recognized vocational certificate.
• Management experience.
• TOEIC (405-600)
• Excellent training and presentation skills, soft skills, in-depth understanding of life insurance products, and insurance regulations and laws and related regulations.
• Understanding of insurance distribution channels, insurance operations.
• Understanding of Banking products and services.
• Training skills.
• People development and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and methods of information delivery that are engaging and compelling.
