RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Departmental interaction:
- Focal point for receiving information, working with other Departments/Divisions of the Company.
- Manage and supervise the work progress of staff in Departments/Divisions.
- Urge the work process to increase the work efficiency of Departments/Divisions.
- Monitor and urge relevant Departments/Divisions to report/perform work according to assigned deadlines.
2. Arrange, organize, and manage work related to operations:
- Plan, implement and effectively monitor work related to Operations (Accounting – Administration – Human Resources).
- Proactively propose ideas to help improve work, ensure that operations in the company run smoothly and achieve the highest efficiency.
- Update information, support departments on operations when requested.
3. Propose, draft, and implement regulatory documents:
- Draft and manage documents and official dispatches related to the company’s internal affairs.
- Draft and complete the content of documents for meetings and internal training documents.
- Evaluate and draft appropriate competition and reward programs to encourage employees to work effectively.
4. Secretary role, record and report meeting content as required by superiors.
5. Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in office software (word, excel, powerpoint…)
- Ability to arrange, organize and implement well.
- Ability to manage time and work efficiency.
- Good logical and systematic thinking.
- Ability to observe comprehensively, work carefully, meticulously and thoughtfully.
