RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control, synthesize and analyze data on mobilizing and using capital on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Support the manager to develop specific plans, detailed information of each option with Credit Institutions for new credits at the request from the information from top management.
• Support to carry out internal asset appraisal procedures and another implement apprais.
• Prepare the strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization (i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investment)
• Evaluate capital expenditures, investment activities and portfolio management.

• Evaluate capital expenditures, investment activities and portfolio management.
• Support M&A activity related to treasury functions, including finance modeling, due diligence and treasury integration.
• Develop and communicates financial vision and strategy.
• Direct preparation of fiscal records and financial plans, policies, and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Major: Finance, Accounting or Banking.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience in Capital markets, Accounting, Finance and Tax.
• Acknowledment:
  – Knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
  – Securities, Banking, Tax, Financial market.
• Degree/ Certification: Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA is a plus.
• Technical Skill:
  – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  – Familiar with Oracle.
  – Data processing and analysis.
• Soft Skill:
  – Planning.
  – Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  – Project management skills and the capability to accomplish tasks assigned on time.
• Qualification: Honesty, carefulness, high sense of responsibility.
• Others: Good command of English.
