RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Warehouse goods:
- Functional foods
- Pharmaceuticals
- Medical supplies packaging
2. Main responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for managing the Enterprise’s Warehouse.
- Import, export and preserve goods at the Enterprise’s Warehouse according to regulations.
- Comply with warehouse regulations, import and export procedures, arrange and preserve goods in the Enterprise’s Warehouse.
- Arrange and carry a small amount of goods. If importing a lot of goods, there is a budget to hire a porter.
3. Carry out import and export of goods:
- Coordinate with the Purchasing & Delivery Department to classify goods, label and label goods in accordance with the Enterprise’s processes, procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate with the General Accounting & Administration to promptly and accurately update data to the Enterprise’s warehouse accounting system on import, export and inventory of goods after each actual import and export of goods at the Enterprise’s Warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing & Delivery Department to import, export and deliver goods according to the processes, procedures and regulations of the Enterprise.
4. Preserve and manage goods in the Warehouse:
- Arrange goods in the Warehouse according to type (classification) and according to the regulations of the Enterprise.
- Ensure the warehouse is always clean, tidy, temperature is guaranteed at 28 degrees C +/ – 2; humidity 70% +/- 5%; no termites; insects, rodents in the Warehouse.
- Monitor and check the shelf life of products (goods); report to the General Accounting & Administration / Purchasing & Delivery Department on the shelf life of products in the Warehouse to have a solution to handle goods that are about to expire or expired goods that must be destroyed.
- Coordinate with General Accounting & Administration, Purchasing & Delivery Department Perform periodic inventory (from 25th to 28th of each month) to compare import, export, and inventory books with actual goods in the Warehouse.
- Support and coordinate with Purchasing & Delivery Department to handle substandard goods that must be removed when there is a cancellation order approved by the Director in charge.
- Guide related departments and customers to comply with the issued warehouse regulations.
- Other tasks: as assigned by the Board of Directors (Drivers, delivery, …).
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Intermediate Pharmaceutical
- Work experience: No experience required
- Know how to use Microsoft Office.
