RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement sales activities according to approved plans. Directly direct and assign sales targets for each region. Support Regional Manager/Sales Representative in sales activities and resolve arising issues.
  • Set monthly targets for employees and be responsible for their work results and progress.
  • Develop and build customer management and care programs.
  • Implement/coordinate the implementation of previously developed plans; deploy and guide the implementation of sales activities, plans and programs.
  • Check and review the implementation and execution.
  • Evaluate performance results and results of the set targets on sales/costs. Control costs to ensure budget.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on sales plans and market development.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement promotional and after-sales programs to customers. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales policies, promptly propose policy adjustments and solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Manage OTC Pharmacists to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor customer debt collection, report business results to the Board of Directors.
  • Build and develop a system of old customers and develop potential customers in the area, develop brands and market share.
  • Build, propose structure, recruit personnel, ensure stability and efficiency. Coordinate with the HR department to recruit personnel, allocate targets, train and monitor the performance of the Pharmacists.
  • Report on sales activities and market fluctuations; at the same time, always update the operating situation of competitors and new products.
  • Visit retail/wholesale/distributor customers according to a fixed schedule, weekly/monthly visit schedule.
  • Report fully according to weekly/monthly regulations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical field (OTC channel).
  • Have effective sales, persuasion and communication skills and be proficient in problem solving.
  • Be sensitive to business opportunities, have in-depth knowledge of the industry and products.
  • Have skills in training and coaching employees. Team management skills.
  • Have the ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving goals.
  • Ability to withstand high work pressure, work independently.
  • Analytical and information processing skills.
  • Not afraid of going on business trips to the provinces, able to withstand work pressure.
  • Open-minded, willing to learn, and receptive to feedback.
  • Understand the national market.
  • English communication and office computer skills.
